Follow these steps before and after your laser treatment for the safest, most effective results.

Before Your Treatment
✂️Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment
☀️Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 4 weeks prior
🚫Do not wax, pluck or use depilatory creams for 4 weeks before
🧴Avoid self-tanner and spray tans for 2 weeks before
🫧Come with clean, product-free skin — no makeup, lotion, or deodorant
💧Stay hydrated — drink plenty of water the day before
💊Avoid blood-thinning medications (consult your doctor)
After Your Treatment
🧊Apply cool compresses if needed to reduce mild redness
🌿Use gentle fragrance-free moisturizer on treated areas
🕶️Apply SPF 30+ sunscreen daily for at least 2 weeks
☀️Avoid direct sun exposure for 2 weeks after treatment
🛁Avoid heat — no saunas, hot baths, or strenuous exercise for 48 hrs
🪒Do not wax or pluck hairs between sessions
🔄Hair will shed naturally over 1–3 weeks — this is completely normal
What to Avoid After Treatment
Hot showers or baths for 24–48 hours
Saunas and steam rooms for 48 hours
Swimming pools and hot tubs for 48 hours
Strenuous exercise for 24 hours
Tight clothing on treated areas for 24 hours
Waxing, plucking, or threading between sessions
Direct sun exposure without SPF

You'll notice real hair reduction. Treated hairs won't grow back. Book your next session.
